Age 70, formerly of Hector, NY, passed away December 30, 2013 in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
Born on February 25, 1923 in Geneva, NY, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Helen Wright. Betty grew up in Hector, attending a one-room schoolhouse. She met her late husband Richard H. Kessler as classmates in Watkins Glen High School. She was predeceased by her husband in 2006.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Richard C. and Carla Kessler; daughter and son-in-law, Debra J. Kessler and Phil Fricano; grandson, Fritz R. Kessler; and cousin, Joe Wright.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2014 at the Hector Presbyterian Church.
