BETTY A. RUSSELL, 69, DeLeon Springs, FL, formerly of Alpine, NY, a manager for the First Stop Oil Service, died Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Burial was held at Grove Cemetery in Trumansburg, NY. She is survived her husband, James H. Russell; daughter, Caroline Sullivan of Florida; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Mary and Frank Carey of Montour Falls; Charles and Sandy Russell of Watkins Glen; and Ruth and Mike Kirchenstiner of Florida.
