HINES, Daniel F. "Boone"

Age 28, of Watkins Glen, NY, died Thursday, Sept. 3, after a 5 month illness. Boone was born May 19, 1981 in Ithaca, a son of Frederick G. Hines and the late Jane Maricle Hines. Prior be becoming ill on April 7, 2009, Boone was a self employed satellite dish installer. Boone was a member of the Watkins Glen Volunteer Fire Department. Surviving, in addition to his father, are his wife, Josephine Perkins Hines; his 9 month old son, Caleb John Hines; his brother, George Hines; and a sister, Shannon Hines, all of Watkins Glen. Also surviving are his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dave and Kathy Perkins of Freeville; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 10, at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home. Burial will be private in Millport Cemetery. Friends are invited to call from 12 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 212 E. Fourth St., Watkins Glen, NY.
