Age 89, formerly of Horseheads, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2007, with her family by her side at Fred Harriett & Taylor Health Center, Bath, NY. The family will receive friends at Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, on Monday from 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home; and burial at Montour Cemetery. The love she had for her family and life in general were immeasurable. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Aside from Edna's family, she enjoyed painting, dancing, fencing and holding her Yorkie lap dog and friend, Dolly. She leaves behind her daughter and son-in-law, Joan and David Lee; Edna's granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Nora and David Deming; her grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Steve and Jill Lee. It will be a tremendous loss to her great-grandchildren, David C. Deming, Stephanie L. Lee, and Samantha E. Lee, for Bomi will not be able to grow up with them. Edna also leaves behind her beloved brother and sister-in-law, George and Jenny Pace, who reside in Ohio. She was a classy lady with a zest for life.
