Eileen C. Walker

June 23, 1943 — January 20, 2021

Eileen C. Walker

Age 77, of Dundee, NY, passed away comfortably and peacefully on January 20, 2021, surrounded by her loved one’s.
Eileen was born in Albany, NY on June 23, 1943, the daughter of the late Frederick and Evelyn Walker.
She is survived by seven children, Michael Moyer (Linda Case) of Dundee, NY, Manuel Tesillo (Manny) of Ovid, NY, Luis (Zulma) Tesillo of Morena Valley, CA, Anna (Matthew) Clifford of Watkins Glen, Maria (Glen) Stevenson of Cedar City, VT, Evelyn and Kimberly; brother, Thomas P. Walker of Ticonderoga, NY; sisters, Anne Alger of Burdett, and Losi (Butch) Sim of Schenectady, NY; also several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She also leaves behind her beloved cat Ginger and was an animal lover. Her children were fortunate to grow up learning responsibility through having many different types of pets and animals that she allowed them to have in the home.

Everyone that knew would agree they were fortunate to have been graced by her presence, wit, and absolute great sense of humor. She was always upbeat with a positive outlook on life no matter the circumstances. She could turn anyone's day around with her words, jokes, infectious laugh and smile considering.

Eileen loved playing many card games with her friends and going to BINGO at all the hot spots, such as the Casino, American Legion and with her friends at St. Mark's Terrace. She also loved her scratch off lottery tickets, joked about "winning big" and sharing such good fortune. She would not let anyone get in the way of her having fun and would say, "Oh, I'm just having fun!"

She enjoyed sharing many stories and loved reminiscing about her family and life about where she was born, where she grew up, places she had been, places she had lived and things she had done. She would talk your ear off about these things to those who were willing to give their time to listen.

We will always remember her as a positive, humorous person with kindness, love, selflessness, and willingness to share everything she had with others. Eileen was a wonderful woman, daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. We will truly feel a void in our lives and miss her every day.
