Ella B. Clayton
Age 95, formerly of Reading Center and Campbell, NY passed away January 13, 2022.
Ella was born in Buffalo, NY on November 30, 1926, the daughter of the late Claude and Ella Bennett deLorraine. She was also predeceased by her husband Henry Clayton, brothers Harry deLorraine and Claude deLorraine, and sister Marjorie Lovelass
Ella and her husband raised their five children together in Reading Center, where they were members of the Reading Community Church. After her husband retired, they moved to Campbell.
She is survived by her son, Henry L. Clayton, Jr. of Tulsa, OK; daughters Marjorie Iven of Oklahoma City, OK, Janet Clayton of Utica, NY, Mary Ortyl of Zionsville, IN, and Ruth McCarthy of Painted Post; sister Ruth de Lorraine of Campbell; 15 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A graveside funeral service will be held at Pleasant View Cemetery (Cemetery Rd), in Reading Center on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 11:00am.
