95, of Montour Falls, passed away March 7, 2016. She was predeceased by husbands, George Velie, Daniel Welch, and John Carrigan; daughter Bonnie Jean; grandson Scott Gunning; and seven siblings. She was also predeceased by her parents, Earl and Anna Fox, and her step mom, who raised from an early age, Lillian Carrigan. She is survived by two daughters, Sandra (Bruce) Gunning of Burdett, and Linda (Joseph) Arcangeli; five grandchildren, Joseph and Nicki Arcangeli, Janice Arcangeli (Ray Neira), Jay (Kathy) Arcangeli, Jared (Brenda) Arcangeli, and Pamela Arcangeli (Dan Towner); 12 great-grandchildren, Ashley, Jenna, Hunter, Colton, Parker, Brendan, Mason, Alyssa, Joey, Gage, Cal, and Isabella. She is also survived by four sisters and one brother. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Schuyler County Veterans Memorial Park, P.O. Box 137 Odessa, NY 14869.
