Age 97, of Burdett, NY, passed away on Saturday, January 3, 2015. The family will receive visitors from 4pm-6pm on Thursday, January 8th, at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s of the Lake Church in Watkins Glen on Friday at 9:30am. Florence was born on July 20, 1917 in Raway, New Jersey, the daughter of John and Florence Bozung. Florence successfully operated the H&E Grill in Burdett for nearly 50 years. She was predeceased by her husbands, Harold Mosher Sr. and Donald Kelley; sister, Madeline Bendy, daughter-in-law, Barbara J. Mosher; and infant son, Gary Mosher. She is survived by six children, Harold Mosher of Burdett, Robert (Charlotte) Mosher of Millport, Marlene (Jim) Rockwell of Montour Falls, Wayne (Roxanne Edsall) Mosher of Odessa, Roger Kelley of Montour Falls, and Kevin (Karen) Kelley of Burdett. Also, 19 grandchildren, Mark Mosher, Karen (Lyman) Flahive, Barry Mosher, Scott Mosher, Lisa (Tom) Phillips, Susan (Joe) Fazzary, Robert (Tosh) Mosher, Jr., Elaine (Tony) Messina, Russell (Sharon) Mosher, Reagan Mosher, Jennifer (Dan Traina) Mosher, Scott (Kelly) Jones, Mark (Katie) Jones, Kent (Beth) Duane, Tracy (Tim) Twomey, Holly Mosher, Ryan Mosher, Stephanie Kelley, and Elliott Kelley; 31 great-grandchildren; a favorite niece and her husband Noreene and Bill Rack; and sister-in-law and her husband, Evelyn and Howard Stamp.
