Gertrude E. LaPre

Age 87, of 211 Seventh Street, Watkins Glen, passed away at home on Monday, October 29, 2007.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years of marriage, Nick J. LaPre; five children, Nick J. LaPre, Jr. (Barbara), of Central Square, NY, Ronald P. LaPre (Nancy), of Sarasota, FL, Georgia Baker (Ron), of Horseheads, NY, Marcia Crans (Byron), of Houston, TX, and Stephen LaPre (Patrcia), of Camden, NY; also 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

According to her wishes private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Watkins Glen. Memorials in her memory may be made to Schuyler County Volunteer Ambulance, PO Box 2, Watkins Glen, NY 14891. Arrangements by Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, Watkins Glen.
