“Uncle Skeet”
Age 61, of Watkins Glen, passed away May 16, 2020.
A father of his own right to a daughter, Raechelle Durtche and a son, Dale Durtche; he was the first-born son to Harry Durtche Sr. and Gladys (Taylor) Durtche, and joined along with six siblings, Mary Coykedall, Janet Osborn, the twins Kenny and Johnny Durtche, Billy Durtche, and Jimmy Jae Durtche; and several nieces and nephews, and their families.
He came to stay with our family 11 years ago; bringing a lot of love and tenderness, along with laughter to the family, especially the grandkids. He always playing cards, football, going fishing, racing bikes, and making so many other memories with them. We made one hell of a nut house, with never a dull moment, always going many directions. You were always willing to roll up your sleeves and join in whatever was going on; for this we will always be grateful. You will always be in our hearts, missed and loved, although stubborn at times…but ain’t we all. Tell everyone we said ”Hi” as you walk your path to Mom’s arms. Xoxo-Your little sis, Janet.
