Age 87, of Watkins Glen, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2013. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, on Friday (Dec. 27th) from 12pm-1pm; followed by a funeral service at 1:00pm. A committal service and burial will be held at Bath National Cemetery. She and her late husband operated Fred’s Bait & Tackle in Watkins Glen. Jean was predeceased by her husband Fred in 2010; also her parents, Thoral Rudd and Emma (Rudd) Preston; brother, Stuart Rudd; and sister, Louise Gee. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Ronnie) Teribury of Gillett, PA; four grandchildren, Jim (Sharron) Teribury of Watkins Glen, Timothy Teribury of Elmira, Rebecca (Michael) Bradley of Mosherville, PA and Keith Teribury of Elmira; eleven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandsons, and her faithful companions, cats Molly and Murray.
