Age 89, of Valois, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Seneca View, Montour Falls.

The family will receive friends and relatives at the First Presbyterian Church of Hector on Saturday, September 25, 2010 from 10:00am-12:00pm; with a memorial service immediately following at 12:00pm; and burial at Seneca Union Cemetery. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert A. Hull in 2001; and parents, Oscar and Roxana (Dunham) Stevens. She is survived by her daughters, Carol (Stephen) Westlake of Interlaken, Deborah (Evan) Smith of Richmond, VA; sister, Joan (Luke) Platt of Cream Ridge, NJ; grandchildren, Karen (Adam) Furst of Webster, Amanda (Jason) Hazlak of Lodi, Adam Smith of Brooklyn, and Kathleen Smith of Richmond, VA; great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Mara Furst, and Jackson Hazlak; sisters-in-law, Ruth and Iva Hull; many nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews. Jeannette taught kindergarten at Watkins Glen Elementary School for many years. She was also a member and Elder at the First Presbyterian Church of Hector, and she served her community with Schuyler County Head Start, R.S.V.P., Watkins Glen Retired Teachers, and Delta Kappa Gamma.
