Jill S. Kendall
Age 70, of Watkins Glen, passed away on March 5, 2017 surrounded in the comfort of her loving family, friends and beloved dog Joey.

Jill grew up in Reading Center and worked for Schuyler Hospital as a medical records clerk. Jill moved to North Carolina, where she lived for several years, returning to the area after the death of her husband. She loved the ocean, the beach, boating and music. She enjoyed going out to eat with family and friends.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen on Saturday March 18th at 4:00pm. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2pm-4pm. A private burial will be held at a later date at Pleasant View Cemetery in Reading Center.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Kendall; and parents, Richard and Isabel Stenberg. She is survived by four children, Richard (Robin) Kendall of Franklinton, NC, Elizabeth (Carl) Larson, Tupper Lake, NY, Heather (Nader) Awwad of Baldwinsville, NY, and Andrew (Heather) Kendall of Franklinton, NC; brother, Jack (Carol) Stenberg of Seneca Falls, NY; sisters, Nancy Loughlin of Montour Falls, NY, and Doreen (Edward) Miller of Durham, NC; seven grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, friends and her beloved dog Joey.
