Age 65, Watkins Glen, NY, passed away unexpectedly at Schuyler Hospital on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2006. The family will receive friends at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen, on Tuesday, Dec. 26th from 1-3:00 p.m., with the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Rev. Elaine White will officiate; burial at Beaver Dams Cemetery. John is survived by his mother, Pearl Frost of Watkins Glen; a brother, James Frost of Watkins Glen; niece, Tammy (David) Drake of Ithaca; and nephew, Mark Frost of Elmira. He was predeceased by his father, Willis “Bill” F. Frost; brother, Gary; and sister-in-law, Beverly Frost. A lifelong resident of Schuyler County, he attended the Glen Baptist Church in Watkins Glen. He honorably served in the US Navy and later worked for Corning Glass (27 years) and later as a guard for Morris Protection Service, Inc. of Syracuse.
