“Joey”
Age 28, of Ithaca and formerly Watkins Glen, passed away unexpectedly on December 3, 2023. 

The family will receive friends and relatives at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4^th St., Watkins Glen on Friday (Dec. 8) from 1pm-2pm; followed by a memorial service at 2:00pm.  He will be laid to rest with his mother at Holy Cross Cemetery in Watkins Glen. 

He was predeceased by his mother, Elaine Voorhees Augustine in 1997; maternal grandparents Gerald and Jeanne Voorhees; and paternal grandparents, Richard and Joan Augustine. 

He is survived by his father John E. Augustine of Watkins Glen; brother Anthony “Tony” Augustine of Ithaca; and sister Sara Augustine of Philadelphia; uncles, Chris (Terri) Augustine of Big Flats (cousins Zachary and Lauren Augustine); and Richard “Dickie” Augustine of Watkins Glen (cousin Hope Augustine); and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and relatives. 

Joey was a loving and happy person who loved the outdoors, hunting, video games and his family.  He will be greatly missed by everyone.
