Joyce (Skinner Lodge) DeVay

Age 80, of Odessa, passed away December 18, 2025.

A graveside service will be held at Glenwood Cemetery in Watkins Glen on Saturday July 11, 2026 at 10:00am.

Joyce was born in Montour Falls on September 22, 1945, the daughter of John and Catherine (Lutomske) Skinner. She worked as a Teacher’s Aide at Watkins Glen Central School for many years. She also previously worked for the Miller Ford Company and Learn Motor Company in Watkins Glen.

Joyce was predeceased her parents; and her husbands, Robert Lodge and Charles DeVay. She was also predeceased by her brother and sister, Richard and Carol Skinner; and brother-in-law, Zane Unterzuber.

She is survived by her son Paul (Cathy) Lodge of Reading Center; sister Sandra Unterzuber of Arizona; and sister-in-law Fran Skinner of Florida; two grandsons Dakota and Justin Lodge; and three nephews, Greg (Joanne), Mike, and Doug (Lisa) Reynolds.

Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the American Cancer Society (American Cancer Society).
