Kay Wellman Tobey
58, of Odessa, NY, passed away peacefully at home after an extended illness. She is survived by her husband, James Tobey; son, Justin (Crystal) Tobey of Brooktondale; brothers, Craig (Marge) Wellman of King Ferry, Loren Wellman of Montour Falls; brother-in-law, Gerald Tobey of Watkins Glen; and grand-daughter, Mya Tobey; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Clara Wellman; brothers, Lloyd Wellman and Leonard Adams; and sister and brother-in-law, Arlene and Don Fisher. A celebration of her life will be held at the Odessa Wesleyan Church, 304 Church St. in Odessa, at 11:00am on Saturday, December, 31, 2011. She enjoyed gardening, baby sitting and children, dogs, camping, crafts, sewing and her home. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to her church; or Southern Tier Hospice, 11751 E Corning Rd.
