Megan Dunham, known to her loved ones as Meg Davis, peacefully passed away on July 13, 2024, at the age of 24. She was born on October 23, 1999, and resided most recently in Cameron, NY.
Meg had a passion for music, animals, nature, and reading. She found joy in all genres of music and expressed her love for it through her favorite bands and musical artists. Meg cherished her family's property on Waneta Lake, considering it her favorite place in the world.
Born to Tanya and Gary Dunham, Meg's family was a source of love and support throughout her life. She shared a special bond with her siblings, Michelle and Gary Dunham. Meg's kind and empathetic nature led her to find happiness in helping others, a superpower that endeared her to many.
Meg attended Wayland Cohocton High School, where she created lasting memories and friendships. Known for her warm smile and caring personality, Meg was affectionately called "Meg" by her friends and loved ones.
In addition to her parents, siblings Michelle A. Dunham (Nick Chatterton) and Gary A. Dunham II; and numerous relatives and friends who will always cherish her memory.
Meg's favorite ice cream flavor was Cookies and Cream, which she enjoyed on many occasions, creating treasured moments with her loved ones.
Her departure leaves a void in the lives of those who knew and loved her. While they grieve her loss, they also celebrate the beautiful moments shared with Meg and the impact she had on their lives.
In honoring Megan Dunham's memory, her loved ones will forever hold her in their hearts, keeping her spirit alive through the love, kindness, compassion and sass she exemplified during her time on Earth.
