Pamela “Pam” Ann Kress
Age 68, of Watkins Glen, NY, passed away on Tuesday August 29, 2017 at Cayuga Medical Center.
Pam was born on July 2, 1949 in Manhattan, NY. She resided with foster parents until 1965 then moved to Wassaic and Monroe Developmental Centers before making her home in Watkins Glen, where she has been loved and cared for by staff from the Arc of Schuyler for the past 21 years.
Pam will be remembered as a calm, endearing woman who loved music and cuddling up with a soft blanket and a good horror movie.
Pam was predeceased by her foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Murray. She is survived by her family, friends and volunteers of The Arc of Schuyler.
Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 9:00AM at St. Mary’s of the Lake Church in Watkins Glen followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery and a reception at The Arc of Schuyler, 210 Twelfth St., Watkins Glen.
