Age 64, of Montour Falls, NY, passed away July 8, 2021.
He is survived by his loving wife Rose Osborne; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Charlette Osborne; brothers, William Osborne Jr. (wife Tessie) of Watkins Glen, and Edward (wife Janet) Osborne of Watkins Glen; brothers-in-law, Mark (wife Paula) Wallenbeck of Beaver Dams and James “Wally” Wallenbeck of Beaver Dams; four grandchildren, Ashlin, Zachary, Jaylee and Alexander; and several nieces and nephews.
He worked as a Men’s Health Therapy Aid at Willard and Elmira Psychiatric Centers for 32 years, until retiring in 2012.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
