Robert O. Kunzmann
Age 77, of Brevard, North Carolina, passed away on June 5, 2018.
He was born in New Haven, CT on August 5, 1940, the son of Louis and Bessie (Williams) Kunzmann. He graduated from West Haven High School in Connecticut and later graduated from Colgate University. In his primary school years, he sang in a Boy’s Choir in the New Haven Connecticut area and was active in the Boy Scouts. After college, he served in the US Coast Guard. Bob worked for Shepard-Niles as a Salesman from his home area of Connecticut.
He is predeceased by his parents, and spouse Susan Kenney Kunzmann.
He is survived by a son Brian Kunzmann, daughter Elizabeth Kunzmann Thomas; brother and sister-in-law, David and Carol Kunzmann of Watkins Glen; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Portnoy and two grandchildren, Riley and Jamie Kunzmann, all of CT.
A graveside memorial service will be held at Glenwood Cemetery in Watkins Glen at 11:00am on Saturday, August 4, 2018. You may express condolences to the family or "Light a Candle of Remembrance" online at www.RoyceChedzoy.com. Arrangements by Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, Watkins Glen.
