Robin DeSarno Bloise
58, of Clifton Park, NY, passed away on August 12, 2026 in her home surrounded by family after a valiant battle with cancer.
She was born on August 7, 1968 at Schuyler Hospital in Montour Falls, NY to Frank "Junior" and Joyce DeSarno. She was a 1986 graduate of Watkins Glen High School and graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from Elmira College in 1990. She married John "Jack" Bloise on December 20, 1995, in Corning, NY. She was a proud mother of her 3 children, devoting her life to raising them and managing the home for her family.
Robin was well known for her compassionate heart and fiery spirit. She had an infectious way of connecting with everyone she met. Whether you were family, a lifelong friend, or a stranger, Robin had a way of making you feel seen, heard, and loved. She was someone you could always confide in, knowing you would be met with an open heart, genuine understanding, and unwavering love.
Robin is reunited in peace with her father, and nephew Frank "Anthony" DeSarno.
She is survived by her mother; husband; and children; Matthew Bloise (wife Kaitlyn), Johnny, Gabrielle Harter (husband Nolan), and Olivia Bloise; brother Frank "J.R." DeSarno (Kyza); sisters, Tracy, Francine, and Cynthia; niece Julie (husband Alex, and their children Aria and Cruz); father-in-law, John Bloise (wife Katherine); mother-in-law, Elizabeth "Betsy" Bloise; siblings-in-law, Jill (husband John), Kimberlie (husband Brent), Rebecca (husband Scott), Mike, and Joe (wife Nicole); and her many beloved nieces and nephews.
All of those whose lives were touched by Robin are invited to the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E 4th St, Watkins Glen, NY on Tuesday (August 18th) from 3pm-5pm to reminisce, grieve, and support each other. A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00pm to remember her life and spirit. Condolences and memories can be shared with the family in her guestbook at www.RoyceChedzoy.com
