Stanley “Skip” Young

Age 78, of Watkins Glen, passed away February 17, 2026.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday (February 22nd) starting at 2:00pm at Matt’s Place, 1237 CR-16, Beaver Dams. All are welcome!

Affectionally called “Teddy Bear” by his wife Sharon, they shared 45 years together.

Skip worked 35 years for Corning, Inc. He was known for being stubborn and strong-willed, but had a good heart. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, rodeos, boating, and spending time with his family, and especially his great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Sharon; children Reginald Tostanoski, Sr. of Monterey; Anna Marie Tostanoski of Monterey; Mary (Matthew) O’Dell of Monterey; Brandie Beaird of Lewisville, TX, and Tina Young of Monterey; two brothers, Jessie “Stub” Lozier (Audrey Boyd), and Bayard (Donna) Lozier; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
