LOCKPORT-passed away in Lockport NY on Tuesday Jan 10, 2023 at the age of 70.

Sylvia was born December 2, 1952 in Beaver Dams, NY to parents Beverly and Bernard VanSkiver.

She was a graduate of Watkins Glen High School, and worked as a self-employed seamstress.

She is survived by her brothers, Steven and Curtis VanSkiver; daughters, Tamarynde Cacciotti and Lysette Miller, and 2 grandchildren. Sylvia is also survived by her ex-husband and lifelong friend Randall Miller from Lockport NY.

A private graveside service will be held in Fairview Cemetery, Painted Post NY.  Arrangements entrusted to Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, Watkins Glen.
