67, of Elmira, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Feb. 10, 2014. According to his wishes, there will be no prior funeral services. A graveside committal service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Rt. 14, in Watkins Glen on Thursday at 2:00pm. Tracy worked at Toshiba in Elmira, retiring in 2002. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Tracy H. and Bertie Riddle. He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Mary Riddle; and brother, Roger D. Riddle. He is survived by his two sons, Joe and Andrew Riddle; sister, Rose L. Smith; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy J. Riddle and Mary Jacoby; sister-in-law, Sandra Riddle; his dog, Fluffy; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and special family friends, Pam, Belinda, Josh, Mike and Cameron.
