Ruth Drusilla Voorhees

Born February 6, 1943 to Clyde and Florence Cobb, she was one of 10 children. Ruth was a wife, mother of five, and grandmother to many. Ruth was also a friend to all whom she met. Her greatest joy was in serving her god, Jehovah, and caring for the many friends she met in her service. She enjoyed cooking, especially Italian food, crafting, and gardening. She was happily married for 29 years to Ken Voorhees, who predeceased her by a few days.
She is survived by 4 children, including David Coss, Pollyanna Proctor, Penny Bishop, and Lisa (Will) Bocchino. She was predeceased by her son Dan Coss.
Services will be December 31, 2022 at 1:30pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 2590 NY-414, Montour Falls.
