Walter J. Clinch
Age 79, of Watkins Glen, passed away February 13, 2025.
Walt was born in Sayre, PA, the son of the late Walter and Jennie Clinch. He worked as a mechanic for Franks Automotive in Montour Falls. Walter honorably served in the US Navy as a Seabees.
He is survived by his daughter, Margaret Clinch, and former wife and friend Sally Scaptura-Clark.
Friends are invited to gather at the Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, 212 E. 4th St., Watkins Glen on Thursday (Feb. 27th) 12pm-1pm; services will conclude with the presentation of military honors at 1:00pm.
Memorial donations in his memory may be made to CareFirst Hospice (online a CareFristNY.org) or Schuyler County Humane Society (online at SchuylerHumane.org).
