Willis H. Silvernail
Age 95, of Mims, Florida and formerly Watkins Glen, NY, passed away October 28, 2021.
He was predeceased in death by his parents, Ernest and Esther Mildred Smith; his wife Gertrude, and brother Karl Silvernail. He is survived by his special loving niece, Laura Lee Jowers of Mims, FL, and cousins, David (Anita) Smith, of Rock Stream, Gene (JoAnn) Smith, of Reading Center, Esther (Eric) Williams, of Coudersport, PA, Robert (Jacqueline) Silvernail, of Coudersport, PA, Orrin (Sammie) Campbell, of Manchester, TN, and Virginia Silvernail, of Elmira.
Willis owned and operated his own semi-truck for many years, driving for various companies. In his younger years, he worked at the family-owned Silvernail Rotary Service Station in Watkins Glen.
Interment will be at Sugar Hill Cemetery in Watkins Glen at a later date. Remembrances and condolences may be expressed in his obituary at RoyceChedzoy.com. Arrangements entrusted to Royce-Chedzoy Funeral Home, Watkins Glen.
